Return Policy

All purchases can be returned within ten days, given the conditions and exemptions as listed below:

Conditions for Returns:

• All merchandise to be returned must have original sales receipt
• All merchandise to be returned must be in original packaging

Exceptions:

• All refrigerated products of any kind are not returnable
• All lenses are subject to 10% restocking fee
• All lighting equipment are subject to 20% restocking fee
• All merchandise sold “As Is” is not returnable
• All merchandise ordered, as a “Special Order” is not returnable
• All merchandise purchased by check will be subject to a ten day wait from time of sale
• All merchandise returned without a sales receipt will receive a store gift certificate as credit
